No communication between sales rep, installer, and customer. Installation was 113 days after signing. Invoices are not detailed (no amount of oil used, no due date to be withdrawn from bank account). We love this concept but this has not been a good experience so far.
worst company EVER. if you are a business dont bother. get your oil from sams club. they charged me incorrectly multiple times because the sensor in the tank was messed up so i was billed every 2-3 days and they dont even bother to give an explanation or at least credits. customer service keeps kicking the ball to another associate and its goes on and on. auston the sales rep taking my case never answered my texts after several attempts and they keep on blaming in on my employes using too much oil when its not possible to us... read more
