New system installed on December 2023 failed DEHEC inspection due to black padding touching the floor in Kitchen. So when I called customer service in Feb 2024 to ask for help ignored. Now its November 6th, 2024 and they finally sent out service person who wants to disagree about DEHEC decision. Drains out a full tank of new oil to trouble shoot another issue. Hey TANKER WORLD, Very easy set up for us, in and out quickly, there close in the night so if you drive to the location in the night you can stage outside by the street is a industrial area, there will be signs say no parking but it wasn’t a issue for me. REEFER YOU HAVE TO BLIND SIDE BACK ALL THE WAY IN. 5 star for tankers 1 for REEFER
