Horrible customer service. Good luck getting any type of calls or communication. The system itself is not the issue. Its the employees and absolutely zero follow up or communication. 6 phone calls and 4 emails and still not one single contact. I have called customer service 6 times since 7/7/22. After one week the ticket had not even been opened according to customer service. I have emailed the customer service on the website 4 times now. *Tanker* Delivered oil* This is a pump job. I pulled up, loader came out, asked me to back up to the dock, got oil unloaded. Easy process, no issues. Pulled out of dock and into a parking spot out of the way and completed a 10. Staff was professional and friendly. Thank you!
