I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of work provided by Restoration 1 during a stressful sewer backup in my basement. From start to finish, their team was organized, responsive, and extremely thorough. Project Manager Kelyn did an exceptional job coordinating the entire process ensuring everything was properly cleaned, sanitized, and demoed with clear communication every step of the way. The service was excellent. Kehlan, Jake and, Ryan were very professional and prompt. What they originally said would take 2, maybe 3 weeks, was done in 9 consecutive days. 4 of which were checking equipment for 30 to 60 minutes. The crews did great on the clean up (flooded basement). Came in a few hundred dollars over the estimate which was surprising being as they substantially beat their expected time on the job. Overall happy with the results, aside from paying for 2 - 3 weeks of labor and equipment for a 9 day day job.

Shane & his crew were quick to respond when we learned our sewer pipe under the kitchen of our mobile home had become disconnected. They did cleanup & enzyme treatments so our plumber could run a new line in a timely manner. A couple of days later we had to call them back because of floor damage in our bathroom from a leaking wax ring under the toilet.
