My wife and I contracted Restoration 1 to complete the attic remediation work needed. We received a bid in early summer and considered other options. Late fall, we reached back out to Restoration and let them know we want to go ahead. While they did reach out and ask if we wanted to use their service in summer, they were never pushy or short, just let us know they wanted the job. We had a great experience with Restoration 1. Kelyn, Trevor, and Dillon were incredibly professional, helpful, and prompt in meeting our needs. Kelyn came to our home on two different occasions to check our attic for mold. Both times he came quickly and provided honest feedback- we didn't end up needing any work done and he was very upfront about what he found. Restoration 1 is first class. I appreciate their initial assessment of the unusual water problem we had. Jack and Dylan were extremely helpful Day 1. It took a bit to find the actual source and Kelyn, our project manager, and team were all in, determined to find the leak. Kaleb found the broken pipe- thank you very much. Bryan and Shane took over and organized the massive work that had to be completed. I called Restoration 1 when I discovered water damage from a leaking upstairs shower. The floor below the shower and the ceiling in the bedroom below the shower were saturated. Kelyn Weiss was the project manager that quickly showed up and started assessing the damage and running some tests.
