5+ Gold Stars to Austin Walsh for the work he did on our home not once but twice in the last 7 months! Unfortunately we had two separate water damage incidents. Austin's professionalism, knowledge and patience were superior! He communicated with us consistently from start to finish! After a water line break flooded my 90-year-old mother's utility room and adjacent office, we faced damage to the subfloor, sheetrock, and some mold growth. Restoration 1 of Yakima, led by project manager Justus, responded quickly and professionally. They promptly sealed off the area, set up dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, and carefully isolated the affected spaces to prevent mold from spreading. Initially, I had an awesome experience with Restoration 1 in Spokane. Jessica, the project manager, was fantastic in coordinating the crews to come to my location to remove water, mold, vapor barrier, and insulation in Post Falls, ID. The crews that were sent out were professional, and I worked the most with Jake and Zach. All of the guys that showed up were professional, courteous, and were clearly working hard to remedy the issue at my home.
