Best service ever from the very first person I saw Seth was very respectful and explain the step that needed to happen he walked me around with him as he took moisture reading and showed me what was affected and what wasn’t. Daniel k was a great project manager he was always available late in the evenings and on the weekends. This helped take all my worries away. Seth Williams was a super helpful and friendly person . He came in and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease with the problem at hand. Seth was very good at navigating the problem and helping to understand what that was. Any question I had he was able to answer confidently and in a way that made it easy to understand. Restoration 1 came into our home with hard working folks who were willing to explain the entire process as they were going. We had Alexis, Fernando, Isaiah and Justice as our project manager.
