Huge thanks to Lexi and Juli from Restoration 1 for their great work. They installed the space heaters and dehumidifiers in my home and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood everything and patiently answered all of my questions. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I would definitely recommend Restoration 1 based on my experience with them.
I had a broken pipe and restoration1 did an amazing job. Dan was the best project manager anyone could ask for. This man deserves a raise! He communicates so well and offers to answer questions ANYTIME. Literally, anytime. Several techs took care of my home and cleaned up as if it was their home. Kane, Jose, Tyson, and Sebastian all worked on this project, but Sebastian was the friendliest of the techs! I was extremely happy with the service I received!
Kasai was great to work with! He stayed in constant contact and did everything he could to keep the project moving along. Brandie and Alicia and Lexi deserve a raise! Lexi is very responsive to all of my phone calls and needs, and Brandie and Alicia moved all that heavy stuff all by themselves, hard-working ladies!! I appreciate everyone at Restoration 1. I couldn’t say enough about these folks. Julie worked her tail off every day trying to get everything done. Seth did a great job starting the whole process and communicating clearly throughout! Daniel was a great project manager! Very good at communication and accessible all hours of the day to answer MANY questions. I would highly recommend them!!
