Mr. Seth Williams drove clear to Yakima from Pasco to check/inspect my home for water leaks. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. He went way out of his way to help me out and make sure things were fine with my home. I 100% appreciate the effort he made. 5 stars plus! Seth did a great job for me. Thanks Seth. Our water heater had a sudden major failure and filled a bedroom floor with water. The managers Seth and Victor have been great to get everything going. Today we had a young man, Landen, and he did an outstanding job! He told me that his objective is to "do things like he was doing them at his house"! You can't beat that attitude. He was very cordial, polite, and knowledgeable. Most surprisingly he was only 23. Some day he will be managing several companies like Restoration 1. A great young man!

I had a really positive experience with Seth from Restoration 1 when he came out to look at a possible mold issue under a structural crosspiece in my home. He showed up on time, was very respectful of the space, and took a careful, methodical look at everything instead of rushing through it. What I appreciated most was how clearly Seth explained what he was seeing. Seth Williams was our first point of contact with Restoration 1 when he came to our home to assess water damage that was done in our main bathroom. Seith is a very personable employee and makes it very evident how concerned he is with making your home livable again. Jose and CJ were absolutely amazing to work with. From the start, they were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
