Seth Williams was our first point of contact with Restoration 1 when he came to our home to assess water damage that was done in our main bathroom. Our water heater had a sudden major failure and filled a bedroom floor with water. The managers Seth and Victor have been great to get everything going. Today we had a young man, Landen, and he did an outstanding job! He told me that his objective is to "do things like he was doing them at his house"! You can't beat that attitude. He was very cordial, polite, and knowledgeable. Most surprisingly he was only 23. Some day he will be managing several companies like Restoration 1. A great young man!

Mr. Seth Williams drove clear to Yakima from Pasco to check/inspect my home for water leaks. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. He went way out of his way to help me out and make sure things were fine with my home. I 100% appreciate the effort he made. 5 stars plus! Seth did a great job for me. Thanks Seth. Let's face it, getting up for work, exercising in ones Home Gym before work only to hear dripping, then seeing a massive puddle of water coming from nowhere seen is... scary and frustrating endeavor. I'm glad my wife's clients recommended Tim from Perfection Glass whom then recommended Restoration 1. Tim said that water innerly impossible to source the area of origination without an X-Ray scanner to look through the walls which Restoration 1 has. Tim HIGHLY recommended them and I understand why.
