Sebastian, CJ, Eduardo, and the rest of the crew have been the ultimate heroes! They have taken such great care of our house while handling a massive mold remediation! Their professionalism and tidiness are unparalleled! And the best thing yet? They are so good to our fur babies! Our dogs love the team. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Seth has the best crew!

Sebastian and CJ provided excellent work in removing the tile floor and part of the subfloor in our small bathroom due to a toilet leak. They were thorough and went beyond the normal scope by inspecting the crawl space twice to check for any moisture. I would hire these gentleman again. Sincerely—Chris and Nancy Petersen

This really should count as two reviews, since we had two completely unrelated projects going on with Restoration 1 at the same time: Mold in the attic (from a disconnected bathroom vent fan duct) and water flooding through the crawlspace into our finished basement (from a ruptured garden hose near a vent) What a week! Through it all, Restoration 1 showed true professionalism, concern, and the ability to coordinate both crews seamlessly. This is the second time we’ve used Restoration 1 for leaks in our home and I highly recommend them! They made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish, and were on top of it from the initial meeting to the finished reports. They helped with our insurance claims as well, which was a huge relief! I have nothing but praise for the people from RESTORATION 1 Tri Cities who came into my home on a Saturday night to help with the mess caused by an overflowed toilet in my home. Jason, Juli, Jose, Kane and Eduardo were tireless, courteous and very pleasant every time in my home. Each one of them knew their job (or were in training by an expert) and kept me posted always on what they did or what was planned next.
