Huge thanks to Lexi and Juli from Restoration 1 for their great work. They installed the space heaters and dehumidifiers in my home and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood everything and patiently answered all of my questions. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I would definitely recommend Restoration 1 based on my experience with them.

I had a really positive experience with Seth from Restoration 1 when he came out to look at a possible mold issue under a structural crosspiece in my home. He showed up on time, was very respectful of the space, and took a careful, methodical look at everything instead of rushing through it. I had a broken pipe and restoration1 did an amazing job. Dan was the best project manager anyone could ask for. This man deserves a raise! He communicates so well and offers to answer questions ANYTIME. Literally, anytime. Several techs took care of my home and cleaned up as if it was their home. Kane, Jose, Tyson, and Sebastian all worked on this project, but Sebastian was the friendliest of the techs! I was extremely happy with the service I received!

Seth Williams was our first point of contact with Restoration 1 when he came to our home to assess water damage that was done in our main bathroom. Seith is a very personable employee and makes it very evident how concerned he is with making your home livable again. Sebastian, CJ, Eduardo, and the rest of the crew have been the ultimate heroes! They have taken such great care of our house while handling a massive mold remediation! Their professionalism and tidiness are unparalleled! And the best thing yet? They are so good to our fur babies! Our dogs love the team. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
