This company was a pleasure to work with in every stage of my sewer pipe "incident". They were literally at my house with one phone call from my plumber, remediating the damage as fast as they could to prevent subsequent damages. Warning: Please be very careful when using this company We had a flood in our home, and this company came in and categorized the damage and proceeded to work without consulting with myself or our insurance company as to what was approved. There was no communication whatsoever, I was given an invoice and paid the bill only for my insurance to tell them half of the work wasn't approved because the work was categorized higher than it actually was. Had to have Restoration 1 come out to my house for water damage. TJ (project manger) very knowledgeable and helpful. His crew Eric and Andrew are nice and great at what they do as well. Cleaned up and everything. So if you need any water,fire,smoke or mold removed this is the company to use for sure!!

Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were quick to respond to all my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and were always polite and professional.
