I was so grateful that Woodruff Windows introduced me to Restoration 1Lone Star. I had previously been told I had.20% moisture in my walls and complete tear out removing sheetrock down to studs. I was really worried. Woodruff Windows contacted Greg and he and Taylor were here in 30 minutes. They did all the test and Greg sat down and explained everything they did. NO MOISTURE OR DAMAGE. I can't tell you enough what a relief it was to here. Great company and honest. Thank you so much

Restoration1of Southlake came to our rescue during the February 2021 Texas Snowmageddon. They swiftly handled our water mitigation and mold abatement. Our restoration took a considerable amount of time, but was done to our satisfaction. In fact, we are quite pleased with the overall job! All of the crews we dealt with were quite personable, and easy to work with. We love our remodeled home. Thank you Restoration1.

The response was fast and professional. Adrian communication was timely. Taylor and TJ were amazing and solid a great job of setting up perimeters, carefully taking down our cabinets, and kept things contain and clean. They were very professional, always informing us when they are coming out to check on things. A great team!
