RecommendedAlex and the crew tried to explain everything to us and tried to keep us informed, we do appreciate their professionalism and kindness to us; however, we were told not to talk to our insurance company and eventually charged us for non-authorized equipment that our company said was not necessary. We paid our deductible, but Restoration 1 played us and we now are being harassed to pay extra $1000+. We liked the kind workders and demo guys, but we can never recommend Restoration 1.
