Jared and his team went above and beyond for us. We had a pretty bad situation and they were able to come out right away, were super punctual, empathetic to what was going on, got everything cleaned out, and even offered to check on another problem since they were already there. We didn’t have homeowner’s insurance so he charged us a rate that was within our budget. I can’t express how grateful I am for their help. I would highly recommend them!

I received excellent service from Restoration 1. They evaluated and quickly resolved my problem at a fair price. One of the things that stands out from my experience was with Gary, the person responsible for resolving my problem. Gary was the utmost professional and went the extra mile explaining in detail what the plan would be and after implementation how it was resolved. I felt extremely confident that the problem was resolved and would not reoccur. I highly recommend this company. High integrity and excellent value!

My washing machine broke and flooded a large area of my rental condo. I googled to find a company and Restoration 1 was the one I decided to call. They immediately took charge and was at the site in an hour to assess the situation and mitigate the damage. They kept me informed every step of the way and provided numerous before and after pictures which was extremely helpful since I am in another state. I highly recommend Restoration 1.
