Called Restoration 1 after my basement flooded this weekend. They sent someone out quickly. Phil was incredibly professional. He assessed our situation, explained our options, and made us feel like this huge problem is not so bad and we could count on them to get it figured out. Strongly recommend Restoration 1 East Lansing.

The team started helping to remove water from my crawlspace the day after I called after a heavy rainfall; all of the water removal places were so busy at this time. I appreciated the communication about the process. I didn’t feel overcharged or taken advantage of. I would call them again for sure and would recommend to my family and friends.

My family and I feared the worst when we thought we had mold growing in the basement. I called Travis at Restoration 1 and he was responsive and prompt. Him and his partner Ed were able to make it out the very next day. They talked with my family and I about next steps and even helped us breathe a sigh of relief when they recommended we can run more tests but based on their findings it looked fine and something to monitor at the most.
