Patrick is amazing and so good at his job! He came in and easily found my leak problem, tested for mold and was able to get me set up with all I needed. I will for sure use Restoration 1 in the future

The folks at Restoration 1 recently did work on our home after sustaining water damage and mold. The entire team did a great job resolving the issues and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
Using this company has been the worst mistake my family has ever made. I contracted with them for a kitchen repair after a water damage and quickly had to fire them over escalated pricing, excessive equipment usage and using unethical contractors for repairs. I am now facing a lien on my property and have not received a final bill which by the way has gone up over $2000 for no reason what so ever other than unethical business practices.
