Unfortunately, we had to use the services of Restoration 1 of Lake Nona. However, Richard was professional and kind during this stressful time for our family. We were very impressed with his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. I hope we don't need to use this services again, but if we do, will not hesitate.

Excellent experience working with Restoration 1 in Orlando. Richard and his team were extremely thorough while being respectful of our house and the items in it. Communication was above and beyond with timely and detailed updates which made the entire process of having to deal with the mold remediation easy to get through.
