They showed up within 1 hour of my call, and had the damage to my home removed that day. They brought in all of the equipment to dry out my house from the water damage that had happened, and check on my house daily until it was dry. Chris made a very bad situation so much better. Condensed version, a different contractor broke a water line in our heated floor. Issue discovered early on a Saturday morning. We have a finished basement with tongue and groove wood ceiling. There is damage to the ceiling, the walls, the electrical. Chris explained how to stop the damage from going worse, dry up the ceiling and walls to prevent mold and answered every question we had. He deserves 50 stars but I’m limited to 5.

We highly recommend this company. We had a sewer line break and it caused a big problem. Lots of repair needed. They were all very professional, kind, and friendly. Always came on time. They did an excellent job repairing our bathroom/bedroom/laundry rooms. Our rooms are so much nicer then they were before the damage. When u have damage like this, it is a very stressful time. We are so glad First Contact Restoration helped us through all of it. Thank you to Don and his whole team of people!

Jeremy, Josh and Ryan were all fantastic workers during the claim on my home. The rain came through the roof and down my kitchen ceiling, but they went the extra mile to go downstairs and realize it had gone through the wall and was dripping downstairs too. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, their going the extra mile to make sure they found all the damage, And how efficiently they worked. The damage has now been stopped and they’ll be returning soon to repair and I am very grateful to the team.
