Restoration 1 was very responsive to our emergent need for water damage and mold damage care. I called at 3pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend, they were at our home controlling the mold and drying the water damage within 18 hours, when the 6 other companies we called gave us an estimate of the following Tuesday at minimum. Chris, Gabe, and Joel were amazing! From the first call, when my daughter flooded our bathroom, to their visit, they were so professional, helpful, honest, and nice! Chris and his team were extremely helpful in the mold removal of our new home purchase. The mold was more extensive than we initially thought, but they took the steps to rid our house of the mold.
