Dont walk run to call chris, my toilet broke and flooded my house i called restoration 1 and chris answered at 5:00 am he was so kind and professional and he sent a crew right away they were the nicest most honest professional people i ever met i was so impressed they were in and out asap as they could and their work was top notch. Appointments was schedule right away. Chris and his team went beyond what was needed. He answered all my questions and helped me understand all the reports from the lab. I would definitely use them again if ever needed.
Restoration 1 was very responsive to our emergent need for water damage and mold damage care. I called at 3pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend, they were at our home controlling the mold and drying the water damage within 18 hours, when the 6 other companies we called gave us an estimate of the following Tuesday at minimum.
