I found Restoration 1 via Angi's (Angi's List) online. I contacted them via the app and they messaged me back the same day. My house is situated over my garage but the garage isn't very well insulated - it's just cinderblocks so a humid garage can cause mold. I had black colored mold above the door that leads from the garage to my house. Having a kid with asthma, I didn't want it to get into the house or be growing in the walls. Me Jeff works very hard, he tried to do the best for my house, rarely I can find a person like him. I not only happy but also feel I own him a favor for what he did. I do recommend everyone should hire His company, you will be very satisfied because he works with all the heart not only because money.

Jeff came out with another gentleman due to mold and air quality concerns at our house. He ran quick tests around our house to see if we needed to get a more in depth test. Turned out it?s not as bad as we thought for the moment and we didn?t need to do further testing or mitigation yet. They were completely open, honest and informative about it. He did not charge us for coming out either. It?s hard to find honesty in this industry. People will charge you anything for nothing. This is not the case here. I highly recommend yo... read more

I am so thankful for the crew at Resoration 1. I had a horrible roof leak that needed essentially all of my ceilings upstairs to be replaced. They were completely empathetic to my needs and worked very quickly to get me back to new again. The quality of work was superior and the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend!

Restoration 1 was hired for recovery services. They provided a fantastic service, much more than I expected. From the start, Jeffrey Patcheak was honest and up front. He delivered on everything promised!
