Restoration 1 of Middle Georgia repaired damage under my house caused by a leaking water pipe. They always arrived at scheduled times and worked diligently while on site. The remediation process included drying under the house, removing and replacing the existing vapor barrier, removing mold and mildew, and installing a crawlspace dehumidifier. I am very satisfied with (and appreciate) the work done. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 of Middle Georgia. Great job guys..
Company was very prompt on response. Zack was the rep that I dealt with, he listen to my concern, took pictures and told me what I needed to do. The bathroom is back together, we are happy with the results. Great job!!!!
My house flooded and we call Restoration 1 thinking they were going to be there the following day, but they showed up to my house within 45 minutes of the call. They set up all their equipment the same day and came back the next day with even more equipment acting very fast to prevent any serious water damage. They Explained everything they were doing and why they were doing while at the same time advising on what to do next to make the process very simple and cost efficient. I am really glad we got to work with them.
