We used restoration 1 for an emergency after waking up to water under our new floors after a recent remodel. We went through a traumatic experience with the contractor for our remodel and were extremely skeptical of the industry. Restoration 1 saved the day after a dishwasher flooded my main floor and ruined the wood floor. The team was professional and worked around our crazy schedule first with drying everything out then a full replacement of the wood floor. They handled everything from moving furniture in and out to demolition and remodeling. In the end it was a fantastic experience even with the disruptions to our daily lives while we were under construction. We used Restoration One as an emergency for a flooded house. They had to tear out walls, replace and repair flooring to appliances to hot water heater! They were always there when they said they would be and went above and beyond to do a great job putting our house back in better shape than before. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have used them on our rental plumbing several times for emergencies and they are always there the day I call! We had a great experience with Restoration 1 after our home had some damage due to flooding. While we had furniture out we also had additional renovations done. They did a great job with replacing flooring and repainting. Prices were fair. I recommend them and will use them for further work that needs to be done.
