Great experience with Restoration 1 , called them over the weekend to get an inspection on some water damage , Mike showed up in the timeframe promised, seemed very knowledgeable on the matter , explained everything in a proper way , took he’s time to get everything checked out , got everything documented and photographed. Found the main cause of the damage treated the area so does not expand and walked me through the process of fixing , and gave me all options that are there to do it properly. Restoration 1 was amazing! They took care of the water damage my contractor caused during construction and worked really fast. My tile was only a week old, and they were able to save it. They just drilled a few small holes in the grout and used these fancy drying mats, so nothing had to be torn out or replaced. I’m very grateful for their help and definitely recommend them!
