Warren explained everything in detail as to what he would do and how much it would cost. I loved that he gave two estimates because he was unsure of the amount of water damage. In the end they fixed what needed to be fixed and charged exactly for the amount of work they did. They did a great job cleaning up and making sure I was satisfied.

I heartily recommend Warren for water mitigation services. He is very thorough and professional. I could not have asked for a more professional service for my home! Water damage is not very pleasant, but Warren at Restoration 1 made the process painless.

They did remediation from a water issue I had. Great experience. Warren was efficient, fast and honest. Made a bad situation from the hurricane. so much better had it not been for how quickly he responded our damage would have been much worse. I have already recommended him to others.
