Hector Gonzalez was very professional in all aspects of his work, he did a fantastic job and everything in a timely manner. I was very please with his work and would definitely recommend him.

Long story, but Will Fix It messed up our AC unit, we wants to use Restoration1, but they made us go with a lower quote. We had constant communication with Tech, Axel, who was very professional, helpful and patient. I wanted to give him a great review!

Unfortunately we arrived to our offices to find a disaster of a water leak. One of the water lines in the break area/ kitchen had broke over the weekend. The water was running long enough to make it through out the back office area into our showroom, ultimately lifting the tile through out. We called R1 of San Antonio Southwest and began the process. After a flood in my house, I called restoration 1 of San Antonio SW. Fast response times, demo of my project took about half a day. They were able to come in and place fans in the house within 24 hours. Using their moisture detections tools, they sourced all the damage and focused on those areas. Demo was as neat as a demo can be. They picked up all their trash and left the floors clean and dry. They also work with insurances. 5/5 on the work they preformed.
