Restoration1 helped us clean up some water damage and then agreed to help coordinate the rebuild. After two weeks of working to get estimates, their rebuild manager, ***, sent a text saying "we can't help you, sorry for any inconvenience." No recommendations for other rebuild contractors or anything, just totally dropped us. Our house rebuild got set back months. Terribly unprofessional, would not recommend working with this company and their staff.
