After the hurricane my wife and I were forced to leave our community of WEST BAY because of health issues. A friend and neighbor told me he just signed a contract with ***** and the work they were doing was outstanding. I spoke with ***** who explain this method he gave me a price that was fair and reasonable and very competitive, l hired his firm. They were terrible! I was told numerous times my water damaged ceilings from the hurricane would be replaced by the end of the week and we are almost three weeks out of the home. The original estimate changed and was almost doubled and they only showed up twice in the two weeks they were working on my home. They asked for a deposit off of the original estimate they quoted me and ran heppa fans for an over a week racking up my electric bill. They have left huge holes in the roof that werent cut out correctly and then I was ha... read more

Your insurance company's independent adjuster company misinformed you of the restoration services that we provide, which are clearly stated in our estimates. Your original estimate changed because each room required more work as we uncovered more water damage and potential microbial growth.
