Daniel came out to our house quickly to assess the water damage within our walls. He was courtesy’s and prompt. He thoroughly explained the next steps needed to keep any microbial growth from happened and we immediately set up an appointment to have equipment put in place to to dry up the moisture. We had a water leak that flooded our guest room. Restoration 1 removed all the carpet and padding, drywall, and insulation. Monitored the fans and dehumidifier on a daily basis. Left the space clean and were very thorough and informative. Would highly recommend them!
So far I can say our experience with Restoration 1, especially the communication & service provided by Thomas & crew, has been excellent. Restoration 1's office crew has always been professional, & provided us with their internal points of contact for direct correspondence for all stages of the project (managers for their water mitigation, restoration, & insurance claims).
