Called restoration 1 at about 8pm last Tuesday when I noticed my walls ‘crying’ from what we found to be an ice dam on my roof. The owner answered the phone right away, which I was surprised since it was late, he went through a slew of questions to try to analyze what was going on at the time and told me he would be there first thing in the morning with a crew of guys. We can't say enough good things about Brandon and how Restoration 1 made such a tough situation that much better. They were so efficient and worked fast. Brandon went above and beyond what was asked of him and worked seamlessly with our insurance. We will be recommending them to all family and friends.

These guys are the real deal. Very responsive and professional, Brandon and Austin are kind of a dream team in the mold mitigation world, diagnosing and moving fast to make things right again. Follow up was above and beyond, with Brandon stepping up in the 11th inning to go to bat for us with the insurance company. Very impressive and highly recommended!

The whole Restoration 1 team was great and very professional. Austin was a great leader with the project, he was available whenever I had any questions regarding the mitigation process. Brandon is a great guy too, always made time when I had questions in regards to the insurance claim. All around great experience, would recommend them highly!
