Everyone who came and worked on my home was phenomenal. Austin was always available if I had questions and made everything go smoothly. The cleaning done was of such high quality. My insurance adjuster was even surprised and impressed with their work and told me so. Highly recommend Restoration 1 of Waterbury.

That is when I came home to a very bad leaking pipe that I had put off for a long time, and water damage in multiple areas of my home. Brandon repaired the pipe and made sure any water damage was fixed properly. He also provided maintenance advice to help prevent leaks in the future. You just don’t find such honest and knowledgeable professionals these days.

They handled the entire restoration process which was, surprisingly, a stress free experience for me. I didn’t need to hold in my mind how to manage multiple services. They made everything so smooth and easy.
