I had a very disappointing experience at this laser clinic. The staff member who treated me was rude, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my appointment. I had a very disappointing experience at this laser clinic. I expected professional care, clear communication, and respect, but unfortunately, I received none of these. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I hope they improve both their customer service and the quality and safety of their treatments.

I booked a laser package a few months ago, but every time I tried to make an appointment, nobody answered the phone. I went to the branch multiple times and often found no one there. On the rare occasion someone was available, I was told they were too busy and that I should book by phone — yet the phone was never answered, and the online booking system didn’t work for me either. I’m very happy with my sessions. The staff member, Nat, was very professional and does her job from the heart. She is so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The treatment was explained clearly, and I already see great results. Thank you for the excellent service
