I had a very disappointing experience at this laser clinic. The staff member who treated me was rude, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my appointment. I had a very disappointing experience at this laser clinic. I expected professional care, clear communication, and respect, but unfortunately, I received none of these. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. I hope they improve both their customer service and the quality and safety of their treatments.
Extremely disappointed with the service. The clinic called me to delay my appointment before Eid holiday, and they asked me to call back to reschedule. I visited multiple times and every time I visited, the reception desk was empty. When I finally found to someone at the reception to get my $200 session done, they told me my session had expired without ever warning me or calling to inform me that there was an expiration date in the first place, they didn’t refund me. Therefore, I do not recommend this place.
I booked a laser package a few months ago, but every time I tried to make an appointment, nobody answered the phone. I went to the branch multiple times and often found no one there. On the rare occasion someone was available, I was told they were too busy and that I should book by phone — yet the phone was never answered, and the online booking system didn’t work for me either.
