Holly was absolutely fantastic. I have been doing laser for over 10 years in Sydney and needed an urgent appointment while visiting Melbourne. I was booked in with Holly. Holly by far is the best therapist I've experienced. I was shocked at how quick and smooth the session was. She made me feel comfortable and was so lovely.

My wife bought laser hair removal sessions and when she went to make an appointment they told her that they were expired and they did not tell her this when she bought the sessions. This is nonsense. I told them that it is not food so it should be expired. This is a scam and fraud. When I spoke to the manager, she was rude and she told her that we will not return the money and she will not use the sessions and the amount was 400 dollars. This is a scam and fraud.
