I want to give a huge thank you to Natalie Turoczi for her exceptional service! She is hands down the best beauty therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve had bad experience with treatment in the past and honestly didn’t want to return to this clinic. But Natalie completely changed my opinion! She took the time to listen, made me feel comfortable, and gave me outstanding results. Her expertise and warm personality have completely won me over. The lady is free in shop at 4:50pm and she says wait your appointment at 5pm I said ok after 5:12 she said let’s go and she didn’t wipe anything and not using hygienic safety and glasses 👓 just start on my face and in 15 seconds finish I’m not happy with her and I don’t like the way she work in Broadmeadows I’m sorry and I already paid for my 5 sections so can’t do anything. 😢
I’m really satisfied with my laser session. The staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. They’re always on time and do their job well.
NAT is good. Rest staff is extremely rude,impolite. Don’t know how to talk to customers. Don’t listen to customer. Directive and picks on you. Extremely pathetic customer service Please never choose results laser. I am regretting wasting my money here. PS. There is no refund policy so beware while buying services what so ever.
I am extremely disappointed after contacting your team several times. I received a call today in which the staff member focused more on the fact that my service was complimentary rather than acknowledging that I was clearly a victim of discrimination in the service I received. It appears that this staff member is solely responsible for all clinic operations in every state of Australia and was unable to escalate my concerns to a senior representative.
