I got oxygen infusion done at the clinic twice. My first experience was not good to be honest as the attendant didn't cover my full face and did the entire treatment in less than 15 minutes, since I wasn't sure about the whole process, I thought that is how it is done. I enjoy the service and the therapists are friendly and informative. The only reason that I didnt give it 5 stars is that I wasn't informed until I arrived that my therapist wasn't available. As laser involves exposing your body to stangers, its nice to continue with one clinician. So being informed of the therapist"s unavailability prior to the appointment, gives me an opportunity to change my appointment if I wish to do so, not once I have already arrived. I had a great experience with face laser therapy. The treatment was smooth and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend beautician Sylvia. She's a cosmetic nurse who works across Werribee, Airport West, and Docklands. She provided honest feedback during our initial consultation, took meticulous care when providing my treatment, and was a ray of sunshine to be around. I will be requesting Sylvia again for any future appointments.
I had an amazing experience with technician Paulina yesterday. I was bit worried about doing Brazilian laser treatment. However, Paulina made me really comfortable and explain all the procedure.
