I’ve been going to Monika at Results Clinic for a while now, and she is absolutely amazing. She is always so welcoming, friendly, and professional. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. Her service is consistently excellent, and she always makes me feel comfortable and well looked after. She also gives really great deals and recommendations. Monika is truly a gem and one of the best people to go to. Highly recommend her !!
My therapist Cartier is amazing at what she does — efficient, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during treatments. Unfortunately, the head office/customer service side is a completely different experience. My package expired after my previous therapist called in sick, and because they were understaffed and couldn’t fit me in sooner, my treatments went to waste. Ebony was incredibly kind and professional. She had taken the time to explain the treatment she was doing and was very clear with the process. She answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable the entire time! The appointment was well done and I am satisfied with the results!

Worst service ever. Do not pre pay for services. I pre paid $195 service only to turn up and be told they could not do it as someone had called in sick. No notification to me at all. Then I requested a refund via their NSW number due to being unable to get the treatment done at another time only to be told it was not possible and to email them. I did and was ignored for 2 weeks.
