I had a great experience with face laser therapy. The treatment was smooth and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and explained everything clearly. I got oxygen infusion done at the clinic twice. My first experience was not good to be honest as the attendant didn't cover my full face and did the entire treatment in less than 15 minutes, since I wasn't sure about the whole process, I thought that is how it is done. Extremely rude staff in the head office they will not listen. They will talk over you. They tell you to call in two weeks and when you call them just one day after they will not accept their fault especially Jules in Head Office management will not accept or apologise. They make notes in the system which is convenient and to suit their business needs. I enjoy the service and the therapists are friendly and informative. The only reason that I didnt give it 5 stars is that I wasn't informed until I arrived that my therapist wasn't available. As laser involves exposing your body to stangers, its nice to continue with one clinician. So being informed of the therapist"s unavailability prior to the appointment, gives me an opportunity to change my appointment if I wish to do so, not once I have already arrived.
