The clinic called 3 minutes before booked schedule to say they didn't have the therapist. But instead of apologising and taking disappointment (reasonably) from the costumers who were inconvenienced, the management came across as rude when the new appointment we were given didn't suit us and was came across as annoyed when we declined the new appointment. I visited Results Laser in Werribee Mall for my very first laser session (upper lip) and I had such a great experience. Monika was absolutely wonderful – she explained everything clearly, guided me through the whole process, and made me feel so comfortable even though it was my first time. The treatment was done so smoothly and with such care. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend Monika and the team here!
Amazing experience with Paola every time I visit the clinic. She treats the skin very gently and provides best advise based on my skin type. She keeps me up to date on the latest offers and deals so I can purchase the packages while I’m there. She deserves more than 5⭐️rating for being such a lovely therapist. I highly recommend Paola and results laser clinic to everyone as I have seen a great reduction in hair growth since visiting the clinic!
Booked a consultation on the 4th December, 2 weeks later I get an automated message saying their therapist is sick. Next free appointment is the 23rd of December. This store does this all the time & I will never use them again 😡 also you never answer the phone, both this store & your head office. Last time I ever use this company again!!!!!
One of the best skin care clinics in Australia Staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to suit your needs. Very friendly and helpful. Prices are very affordable and variety of treatments available. Highly recommend to anyone who wishes to improve their skin, hair etc.
