I feel the girls are rushing through the service. Different people have different understanding of how laser works, especially first timers, so more time given to patients to digest the information. Also people should be given option of having appointments with the same person rather than a different person doing your appointment every time. I feel comfortable this way. But overall the girls are very nice and welcoming.
Ebony was incredibly kind and professional. She had taken the time to explain the treatment she was doing and was very clear with the process. She answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable the entire time! The appointment was well done and I am satisfied with the results!
I would give less than one star, if I could. I have been going to RLC for over 10 years and have spent thousands of dollars (guesstimate atleast $10k+). Earlier this year, I had a treatment on my account that expired (I wasn't aware of this treatment as it had been put on my account by a family member). I was advised of this treatment only recently (by said family member) so I immediately called up RSL and asked if the treatment was active, they advised it had indeed expired. I’ve been going to Monika at Results Clinic for a while now, and she is absolutely amazing. She is always so welcoming, friendly, and professional. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. Her service is consistently excellent, and she always makes me feel comfortable and well looked after.
