Werribee place results laser-The representative did not seem interested in addressing my concerns, and their responses were dismissive. I was not offered an apology or any sort of solution, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. They did not show any concerns seriously, both for the safety and comfort while providing services though requested several times……very poor service
I had an amazing experience with technician Paulina yesterday. I was bit worried about doing Brazilian laser treatment. However, Paulina made me really comfortable and explain all the procedure. Her kindness and professionalism are truly appreciated.Looking forward to sign up my daughter for laser treatment with Paulina.
I enjoyed my skin peel. It was my first time having one and nothing like I thought it would be. It was very relaxing, the therapist took time to explain to me every step of the way what was happening. I'd definitely go back. I thought the salon was lovely and clean and very welcoming
Poor customer service, they don't care about their clients. They always say their therapist is sick. They lure you in with the packages which is a rip off and say it's expired. Always cancelling appointments. SCAM! DON'T GO! Get better reliable and honest staff. Be flexible in giving refunds if cancellations happen or occur.
