I've been a loyal customer since 2017 so the recent situation disappointed me deeply. I bought much needed skin needling package but at the same time had to go off the pill and acne got back. I wasn't able to use that specific service. I was advised to contact the main office to extend the time for this package and that has been done. Among all other madness in 2025, I completely forgot about it. Always a great experience at results laser clinic werribee! In the five years I’ve been going, the rooms are clean, staff are professional and know how to make you feel comfortable in a vulnerable setting. I’ve noticed real results with my laser and only now go for maintenance appointments. Cindy has been treating me lately and I’m so impressed with how lovely and thorough she is at making sure not to miss any hairs. Price - very affordable Some staff members are super helpful and very technical. Last experience was very poor for me as I was unlucky with the staff member that did Lazer treatment for me. I paid full amount and got half treatment. The staff member was not accommodating and kept saying to pay extra for service. Most of the time I get get super helpful staff. I have been going to result Lazer clinic for quite some time and me and my daughter get the best results.One worker named Bianca is probably one of the best workers there! She is very encouraging, tells you what’s best for your skin, extremely bubbly and we love having great chats with her whenever we are inside the room ! Highly recommend going with her and hope to see her for my neck appointment!
I visited Results Laser in Werribee Mall for my very first laser session (upper lip) and I had such a great experience. Monika was absolutely wonderful – she explained everything clearly, guided me through the whole process, and made me feel so comfortable even though it was my first time. The treatment was done so smoothly and with such care. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend Monika and the team here!
