RecommendedI went in with a really painful lower back injury that was keeping me from running and swimming. I didn't get a referral from a doctor, just walked in at my wife's suggestion. I worked with Jamie and Elliot for 5 or 6 weeks. My back is now pain-free and I feel like I have better mechanics in my back and some tools to prevent this injury from recurring.
