I am so glad I read the reviews when choosing a PT facility. The reviews were above average which is why I chose them and after being a client, I can personally give them a fantastic review. My therapist was Laura but I watched the other 2 therapist working with clients and I don’t think you could go wrong in whoever you see. Yes very professional and compassionate from the time enter to leaving. Ms Laura A Jansky, PT went way beyond being very gentle with my sprained ankle . She recognized the pain where it hurt the most. When I walked out today 6/9/2025 I felt so good mentally and physically and emotionally. I went to Benchmark Physical Therapy for shoulder pain. My experience was great! Will was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and always encouraging. I would definitely recommend Will Small and Benchmark PT!
I had an amazing experience with Will and everyone at Benchmark on Dallas Hwy. I came to my first appointment not being able to sit up straight and in excruciating pain. Now, I can sit and the pain is low. I was given the tools to allow me to maintain the progress I made.
