I was really impressed by the level of care I received as a patient here. The staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started, but I am glad I showed up because I am doing so much better now.

If you are in need of physical therapy, look no further. The team at the New Salem location is phenomenal! The whole process from signing in, to being evaluated, and working through the therapy plan was seamless. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. Today was actually my first visit dealing with extreme neck to glute deep muscle, joint, and ligament pain. I seen Joshua who was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process well to me and ended up dry needing today with massage for few minutes and heat. We scheduled out appointments for the rest of the month. He explained future goals for my therapy plan. Everyone was very friendly and it was a great session.
