It turned out to be a strained bicep tendon and with proper targeted exercises from the staff at Results PT Ooltewah had be back to normal in a shocking 4 weeks! Not only did I get healing in record time but without meds or feeling like a number in a sea of patients. They learned my name and about me as a person and in this days' treatment culture that's invaluable IMO
