RecommendedIt was wonderful to come to an office near me, it wasnt great that tricare farmed me out to a place where I would owe a co payment. I felt they could have done more but I said "im not coming long term, only 2-3 times", they asked why and I informed the guy that im on a fixed income, it cost 62.00 to go twice. Im used to free therapy but Tricare has "cheaped out" on the retired members. I did find relief in two sessions. I did go on a cruise a few days after my second session. Alex, is so personable, understanding, she genuinely cares about rehabilitating you. I looked forward to going to PT. Tony is great! He is very professional & explains billing and insurance processes thoroughly. He follow through on questions & is extremely attentive.
