RecommendedReview: Dr Puckett et al. I was recommended to Dr. Puckett a couple of months ago, due to daily bad headaches, neck issues, pinched nerves, lots of pain and very restricted rotation. The clinic staff (a Receptionist and 3 Physiotherapists) are all very friendly, positive, enthusiastic, encouraging and helpful. The Clinic is clean and they are strict with Covid-19 protocol. There is no better place!!! The staff treats you like family. Jordyn the receptionist remembers your name the first time you register. Zach is the best for therapy!! The Sugar Land location is the one I have gone to for rehab for both of my knees. I received A plus care and attention to safety and details!!! Will recommend to anyone that needs rehab!!!! I was genuinely sad to be done.
I had Knee replacement this February ! Dr Puckett was great ! We did therapy to strengthen my knee . So when I went back to work I knew what my knee could and couldn’t do . I worked an 8 hr shift no pain in my knee ! Thanks to Dr Puckett and her team ! Dr Zak , Cody and Jordan who works in the front always welcomes you . She knew my name since day one
My daughter saw Dr Puckett this summer for sports related pain and it is unbelievable how much it has helped her! She has been swimming everyday since school started, twice a day during Christmas break and she just won gold and silver at districts. She has not needed hot packs, ice packs or any pain meds since about her second week of physio. She went from unable to walk up and down our stairs more than once to working out everyday. Also appreciate how consistent the office was with their Covid precautions!

I was a person who did not believe in physical therapy and always thought it was a waste of time until I saw I wasn't getting better on my own after my back surgery and my doctor referred me to results physiotherapy and I met Dr. Diem Puckett who helped me and made me feel a lot better. With the help of Dr Puckett today I am able to do things I thought would take me forever to do and I feel much better. I must say Christian and Dr Puckett, know there stuff. After only 5 visits I have full range of motion in my knee after having a complete Knee Replacement in December. Ruth in the front office keeps the wheels rolling and the star of the office. She Worked with my insurance and booked my appointments. Thank you all. Keep up the good work.
