Just wanted to give high fives to Jordy, Josue and Agustin (who came to the house on two different occasions). They arrived early, thoroughly explained their process and that of the testing, were accommodating in taking discrete samples, and gave excellent customer service. Highly recommend Rex Emvironmental!
I had a great experience with REX and would highly recommend them! The scheduler explained all of the costs associated with the testing I needed and they were able to get a technician, Eduardo, out very quickly. Eduardo was incredibly efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and texted me the next day with lab results! I would definitely use REX again!
I came home one evening and noticed an enormous amount of dust in my condo. The very next morning, Rex was able to go into my home and take samples. I thought that the samples would come back either negative or positive and that would be that; however, when the samples came back positive for asbestos, Rex worked to facilitate next steps and advise me on how to proceed.
