We had an excellent experience with Rex Environmental. We reached out on a Saturday for asbestos testing and were pleasantly surprised when they called back the same day to schedule. Jem was fantastic, clearly explaining the process over the phone and getting us booked for Monday. Tyler, the technician, arrived on time, was quick, and very professional. We received the results in under 24 hours, which gave us great peace of mind for our project. Highly recommend their prompt, professional, and reliable service!

Incredible customer service! We called to make an appointment and Jordy came out the next morning. He gave us an honest opinion on our flooring right away and made really helpful recommendations for our next steps. As someone who has never done home renovations before, especially on an old home, I found his knowledge and suggestions to be really valuable. It’s refreshing to experience such professionalism and honesty! We will for sure be using them for any future renovation projects. 10/10!

I called REX Environmental after I found what I thought could be black mold in my office building. The person who answered (wish I remembered her name) was professional, polite, and quickly gathered all of the info she needed and let me know they would be able to have an inspector out within a couple of hours.
