Wonderful staff to work with! The units are clean and bug/rodent free. Temperature control in the units is consistent and reliable. Our storage never got wet, unlike other locations. Will definitely use again!

Great self storage facility and the ladies are fabulous! Very easy to talk with and flexible. After being at a storage facility where getting a hold of an actual person so was difficult, it’s nice to be somewhere where customers really matter! Thank you!

Very friendly and professional staff. We rented a unit from Rhome Self Storage to temporarily store our furniture while our house is being built. We’ve enjoyed the accessibility, pricing, and location so much that we’re considering keeping the unit for a few months even after we move into our new home.

Their customer services horrendous they charge my credit card without me actually signing a Contract to rent I'm in dispute with them right now and it took them days to even get back with me and when I asked for the refund of the money they charged they said they would just have to wait and see what they could do about it and I had not heard anything back from them I felt a dispute with my credit card company. I would not choose this place ever be very careful if you decide to go with them
