I've had a great experience with Rhome Self Storage. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, and the office is welcoming and professional. One thing I especially appreciate is that the gate always works properly, which has not been my experience with other storage facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it's clear they take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. I highly recommend Rhome Self Storage to anyone looking for a dependable storage solution.
I had a great experience here. The facility was spotless, the staff was professional and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. Alexis was very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered.
Great self storage facility and the ladies are fabulous! Very easy to talk with and flexible. After being at a storage facility where getting a hold of an actual person so was difficult, it’s nice to be somewhere where customers really matter! Thank you!
The staff member in the office, Alexis, is constantly helpful and understanding. This site is always clean, always safe, I have had no critters, and the temp is always great in my unit. Recommend highly!!
Alexis is always super friendly and helpful every time I’ve been in here. The facility is always super clean and well organized.
