Had difficulty getting a specialty CT scan, but Robin (the Operations Manager) was able to determine what was preventing a proper order to be generated and solved the problem. Robin listened to me without judgement, was kind, and very helpful. I’m relatively certain that without her help I might still be waiting for the procedure. Thank you Robin, you’re a star! ⭐️
