I really like Dr Arevalo, my husband and I both have him, and we are very happy with him and his staff. He is so friendly and always takes his time and listens to us. He is very attentive to our needs.
Dr. Ricardo Arevalo and staff specifically Karen at front desk are very professional and caring individuals. Dr. Arevalo bedside manner is awesome and his ability to educate his patients about healthy options is unmatched! I saw Dr. Arevalo Sosa a handful of times across the years after my previous doctor at this location left and never felt quite at ease with him, either in person or virtually. He was always late, even if I was the first appt of the day, rushed, judgemental, and never fully answered my questions or alleviated my concerns. The last straw was when I double checked asthma medications and their risks during pregnancy, he didn't invest the time to research this at all and did not do anything to invoke confidence. This Dr. is not reliable. I seen him 1 X (he was replacing my current Dr.) he walked in and didn't shake my hand or anything. Then I told him i needed a refill on my medication which I have taken for years. He does a drug test on me and didn't find any of the drugs I have been subscribed in my system so he therefore said he wouldn't refill them as he thought I wasn't taken them or I was selling them. This Dr cannot be trusted. How dare him take away my medication I have been on for years.
