I worked with Richard on the purchase of my home, I was a first time home buyer and pretty new to Wilmington. Richard walked me through everything and basically held my hand through out the whole process. I can't say enough great things about Richard and his team. I will use Richard again if I purchase another home for SURE!!! He made everything seem like a breeze. A process where things can get very stressful, didn't seem one bit stressful. Thank you!!!

This was our first home purchase and Richard made sure we were well informed every step of the way! He spent extra time with us to ensure we had a full understanding of the process. We explored several options so that I was always confident we were making the smartest choice. His team was super responsive and overall great to work with. Highly recommend!

Even when I was upset and confused about the whole process, Richard was there and ready to calm me down and explain what was going on. Our credit wasn't the best but he still got us 100% financing. The USDA loan is ridiculous because they ask for information from everyone that lives in the home. So be ready for that. Richard did everything he could to make this process go as smooth as possible.

I don't even know where to start? Richard was on top of it from the beginning. Purchasing my first home I did not know what to expect. Richard made the process very EASY for me. I worked closest with Heather and Jennifer, but the entire Lytle team work great together and very personable. They got things done before deadline and all went relatively smooth.

My husband and I had a great experience through the whole process. They explained everything well and they were on top of things. Richard and Team Richard are wonderful hard working people and will always be #1 in my book. Youll never have anyone any better at what they do than Richard and his team at On Q Finacial.

Richard was amazing! Our relationship with Richard started 4 years prior! He coached us on how to improve our credit scores which ultimately got us into our first home. He was available by phone , text or email and I always felt that we were cared for like family. On Q was on point! I have already recommended him to family and friends!

Richard Lytle is the "best of the best." I discussed my loan application with three other mortgage loan officers before I talked to Richard. All three of them said they were unable to help me get a loan. When I talked to Richard he said he would do his best to secure a home mortgage loan.
