dr chasen always 5 star - never had issue, and he is highly accurate in his diagnosis and therapy recommendations. also great bed side manner.
My experience was good. Staff was friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is waiting too long to get the procedure done. I understand that there was a backload, but no one kept me updated as to what was happening.
The staffs attended to me in a professional manner and Dr. Chasen is a nice man who knows the job very well and he was able to answer all my concerns and fears.
Colonoscopies have been a very smooth experience for me each time. Glad to have Dr. Chasen as my doctor.
This was my second time at Capitol Digestive Care to see Dr Chasen. It was a wonderful encounter, the staff was knowledgeable and efficient, Dr Chasen was so friendly and attentive. The office is beautifully updated since I was there last (2017). I’m glad I can count on Dr Chasen and Capitol Digestive Care for my GI needs!
