Dr Chasen is an excellent doctor. Would not change him as he the best. His post op staff needs to slow down. Ripped my eKG pads off so fast and as an older patient almost took the skin with it. I have 2 large blood bruises. Also, when I told them they did not even react. Just a blank stare. No oh I’m sorry I just almost ripped your skin off your chest. More trading for them on bedside manner.
I was lucky to have Dr. Chasen for a routine procedure which turned out to be hardly routine. In other words, we had scare. Dr. Chasen made himself available to my wife and I throughout and now, during a calculated follow up plan. After a huge sigh of relief and some delicate future planning I will likely stay his patient for as long as possible.
The front desk is polite, friendly, professional Never have had to wait long . I live an hour away. Dr. Chasen was recommended by another physician , who was also his patient. That’s a very good recommendation. Dr. Chasen listens , which is why I drive an hour. He’s spot on with diagnosis. I worked in hospital healthcare for 42 years and worked with many physicians. I recommend Dr. Chasen.
Doctor Chasen has been our family’s doctor for many years. He has an excellent bedside manner and always willing to listen and find the best solution for any situation. An all around great person
I originally had an office appointment however shortly before the appointment was changed by the office to a Telehealth appointment . The meeting went as well as could expected. The doctor was very nice and complete in explaining why I have to h have a procedure, The procedure was scheduled and his office staff is suppose to mail all the instructions to the house.
