What a mess! I set an appointment online with all vehicle info. Showed up on time and was told they could not service my vehicle for 4-5 days. Not the end of the world. Asked for a loaner and was told they do not offer loaners but I could purchase a rental for $15 per day (truck is under warranty by the way). Online they commit to offering loaners, free Lyft within 20 miles, and a laundry list if benefits of using their service department.
