People were friendly, was given a loaner vehicle but was not told that there was going to be two charges on my card immediately. I understand the reason why but was not expecting it and was not told the amount that they were going to charge or that there would be two seperate charges. This would've been four stars except that I'm having to come back for something they supposedly fixed less then two months ago.
Best service I’ve ever had at a dealership. I just moved to Texas and within my first week of being here, my Jeep’s water pump needed replacing. They were quick, honest, and kind. I worked with Cesar- he was the best! Highly recommended if you choose to service at a dealership

“I had an appointment at this service center today at 12:00 PM, arriving at 11:55 AM. I waited in the service bay for about 10 minutes, and during that time, two other customers arrived and were greeted promptly, while I was completely overlooked. Thinking that maybe the process was different, I went inside the service center and waited another 10 minutes. I needed to REVIEW Richardson Dodge. I wanted to blast them about poor customer service, but it looks like everyone else already has. They owe me an oil change that I paid for and refused to honer their end. I'm probably going to have my attorney send them a letter demanding a refund. Or I might just tell everyone to not trust the manager behind the service counter. I've purchased 3 Ram Trucks from this dealer. I will no longer do business with them.
