They’re great! Steve was really wonderful! I didn’t make an appointment but Steve made time to see me anyways and got me into a unit right away. The price is really good and the units are nice. They require special locks so I feel like it’s really secure. I’m moving to a new apartment and putting my extra furniture in storage so it was really nice to have this process be so easy.
I have been renting from them for about 5-6 years now. Steve W. is the manager at this facility, and has been an honor renting here. Whenever there was an issue with weather, or anything related to the quality of my storage unit, Steve always knew how best to remedy any problems. He replaced the seal on the door, and I was amazed at how professional his work ethic was. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to store their protected belongings. Great storage units! Amongst many of Richland airport mini storage's amenities, a few of my favorites are the security, customer service, & of course the website enables you to pay your bill online on your phone! You don't have to go in- person, etc.
Rental was easy with my RV as you could do most of it on line. Steve was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed.
Steve is very thorough in getting you set up and provides excellent support. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit at the airport mini-storage if you need it.
