They gave me a good toothbrush. They did a fabulous job putting them on without making it hurt too much. They gave me an explanation in words that I understand. They also gave me a folder with everything to know and refer back to.
RPDO is fantastic. We are always met with warm greetings and smiles from receptionists Dawn and Haley who are incredibly nice and helpful. We love the waiting room atmosphere and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or snack if we need one. Dr. Bibona is a fantastic orthodontist and also very helpful. We are happy to get braces off but will miss this great team!
Dr Bibona and his staff are excellent at what they do! 10 out of 10! Convenient locations and appointment times. Communication and cleanliness are their top priority. My son looks forward to his orthodontist appointments with Dr Bibona.
My 10 year old and 5 year old enjoyed the x-ray machine, the teeth cleaning (especially the toothpaste flavor), and the balloon swords. The film for the x-ray (i.e., the part you hold in your teeth) was viewed less favorably. As a parent, RPDO gets high marks for keeping appointments on time and to the point. Being able to have both kids next to each other in the chairs and getting their cleanings at the same time makes the process efficient and allows for them to support each other when they get anxious.
My daughter had a broken wire over the weekend. The technician responded to us on how to get through it. They were able to take her first thing next business day and make the repair. Really appreciate the response by the team!
