We have taken a Reverse Mortgage on our home through VIP Mortgage with Rick Rodriguez. Rick guided us through the process very efficiently and comfortably. Rick Rodriguez has been a delight to work with during the whole reverse mortgage process. We were quite naïve to the latest and greatest in reverse mortgage features and Rick patiently worked through educating us, not just selling us. I think everyone that is “ house rich” needs to at least have a conversation with Rick and see what their options are.
