I get a hard time every time I go in to get the mouth piece and tubing for my nebulizer. It takes them forever to look up my info and then it's like pulling teeth to get the equipment. They can never find my coverage from Medicare. My doctor sent me to this place but I'm going to find somewhere else to get my supplies. I ended up just paying out of pocket because they made it so frustrating to give me what my insurance covers. Then they made me sign a paper saying I chose to pay out of pocket rather than use my insurance.
I called and talked to Lyn. She was delightful over the phone and knew exactly what I wanted We drove down to Coos Bay from Florence Oregon. She was delightful in person. She helped me get the right size of my elastic support socks. We left for lunch and came back later to buy more because they were so comfortable. She remembered our names and we laughed a lot. Thank you Lyn.
Very rude and uncaring. Returning briefs for a larger size was a "problem". I will not do business with these people after the way one of the ladies treated me. Left the store in tears because she made a big deal about a simple exchange. I'm just trying to take care of my disabled sister after the death of our mom.
Some very rude female on phone when I called to ask questions as to why my supplies were not covered. She stated that dr wrote prescription wrong and it is patient responsibility to make sure it's covered not hers. She said that they (her company) are just going to have to "eat it" as far as cost of my previous prescription 🙄 pretty horrible customer care if you ask me. Your medical van traveling north through coos bay right now - is driving like a maniac. Swerving in and out of traffic with excessive speed. They made actually need medical supplies handy when they kill someone. License platewas something like 005 FGH. With a rose burg number as well. We had kids in the car. DO BETTER
