This is my first apartment ever and I am really excited to call this my home. I looked at the apartment a few days ago on Saturday and then put in my application. Got excepted the first business day after and I was able to move in. The apartment was clean and can’t wait for the year to come. Thank you Pine Lake Heights team for making this possible!
I am still waiting on a window they ordered. I put the work order in 3 years ago so we'll see if it takes close to a decade to replace it.... meanwhile my electric bill has been through the roof because of the draft of two windows that need repair. I have put in at least 6 work orders for my garbage disposal.....it always seems to stop working the same day they repair it. Many things I can say about this place. Used to be good when we first lived here, but slowly has gotten worse. Most recently they took away the ability to have floor mats in the hallways or to be able to decorate our front door. It was pretty seeing our neighbors decorations and floor mats, now the hallways look dead. For paying over $1300 in rent, that is really sad. We also still have yet to see a dog park built as well in our complexes area that was said to be built awhile ago as well.
Work was done in a timely manner and maintenance also fixed a leaky tub faucet that I kept forgetting to write up.
I just moved in. I would call every other day with questions and had to change my move in day twice - they helped me every step of the way. It is a refreshing change after other apartment complexes have taken advantage of my situation instead of helping me. I love the closet space and the easy to sign up for garage spaces. Though I didn't opt into them. Shoutout to Lennette and Mike for taking care of the maintenance within an hour of the request!
