Let me start off saying, going to the dentist is one of the things I most dread. Today was my first visit with Rifkin Dental and I was treated with so much kindness, respect and compassion. Dr. Zach Rifkin was so personable and explained everything thoroughly. Update; just got my first Invisalign trays!! The are so organized and encouraging with their patients! Plus The Grinch is showing in the waiting room! 🎄 Updates at bottom! Dr. Nguyen and my dental assistant Liz were absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. They were so compassionate, encouraging, and kind throughout the entire visit. Dental work has always been really hard and anxiety-provoking for me, but they made the experience feel calm, safe, and manageable. Today was the first time meeting the team @ Rifkin Dental. They were awesome and very friendly from the time you walk in the door til when you leave. My teeth were cleaned by Danielle and I was very pleased. She was so nice and friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and everyone made me feel very comfortable. There is also a “comfort menu” to help you out with your anxieties. Never thought I would be saying this but can’t wait to return in 6 months!!
