Let me start off saying, going to the dentist is one of the things I most dread. Today was my first visit with Rifkin Dental and I was treated with so much kindness, respect and compassion. Dr. Zach Rifkin was so personable and explained everything thoroughly. They are simply amazing!! From the front office staff, the hygienist and a Special shoutout to doctor Winn, she's the BEST!!!! My experience with them was by far one of the best I ever had. The office is spotless, great location in Sandy Springs area with free parking. Thank you guys for taking great care of me, and made me feel very welcome. I'm sincerely grateful and going to miss you all 😊
Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Rifkin is knowledgeable and stays on time for his appointments. They offer many services other than basic cleaning. During my appointment today, they discovered a minor issue and they took the time to fix the issue right away instead of making me come back another day. This extra effort was greatly appreciated.
I cannot thank Dr. Nguyen and dental assistant, Liz at Rifkin Dental enough. They are truly amazing. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety, and they were incredibly accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable, helped me trust the process, and got me through the procedure with minimal discomfort. Everyone at the office, including the front desk staff, are so warm and welcoming. I truly cannot recommend them enough!
Wow! This is a must visit dentist! From the time that you walk into reception, get your exam and cleaning, this team here is top-tier with the classiest service. Liz was a knowledgeable assistant, Doctor Nguyen Was kind with her delivery during the exam and Danielle was a wonderful hygienist That worked with my needs.
