I called in the morning and was able to have a technician come run a diagnostic on our AC unit by the afternoon. As a mom, this kind of speedy service to get our house cooled down is priceless. The company had a person out the next day. He was early but patiently waited for me to get off work. He went through everything and was talking with another person about what the issue may be. He cleaned things and my ac stopped freezing up. He said the brand I have is not the best and it is old. He recommended talking with a person who sells and installs units. My unit is over 10 years and not well maintained. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day. We will go from there. I am happy with the resolution.

My technician, Brian Allen was awesome. We had a scheduled furnace / air conditioner cleaning and hot water heater flush. Brian took the time to explain the process and even looked at and cleaned our outdoor condenser. He was thorough with evaluation & inspection as well, to include reading the temperatures at the vents. I will continue to service my heating & air with "Right Now Heating and Air." Thanks!

The technician provided great service with a smile. He put pink booties over his shoes each time he came in our house. He checked everything very well on our AC Unit and then added a brass valve on to our water heater for free and showed us how to flush our water heater easily ourselves using the new empty valve. Excellent service from Clarence. He was very congenial and respectful. Thank you, Right Now Heating and Air!

UPDATE 6/14: Wade came out last night to finish up my AC tune up. He was at my house until almost 9pm. He was so easy to talk to, and he listened to me very well about a few small issues I was having. He got me tuned up and running well! Thank you so much Wade! Service was TOP NOTCH!!! After four previous techs could not get my air conditioning unit to cool, they sent Mark out. Within the hour, he had my vents blowing 50° air out and it's almost 80° outside...
