They arrived on time and got right to work. The technician was very courteous and professional. He completed the job in a very timely manner and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.
Clarence arrived on time, put on shoe covers in our house, and was very knowledgeable. He was also careful, took time to explain everything, and was respectful, kind, and friendly. We were relieved to see that he didn’t try to sell us anything, like so many other technicians do. He did a thorough job and left us with a recommendation to get the hot water heater flushed annually, since we had some sediment built up in ours. We would highly recommend Clarence.
The technician did a excellent job. We have our HVAC in our attic so it’s not easily accessible. I have a ladder always ready and things as ready as possible. They always performance maintenance without any complaining and do an excellent job.
Wade from Right Now Heating and Air did preventative maintenance on our furnace and gas hot water heaters. He was timely, competent and friendly. Besides doing the service he recommended improvements to our furnace filtration system. He cleaned up everything and left the mechanical room just like he found it. Wade has been here before, we highly recommend him and hope to see him again for our next service call.
