Jimmy arrived at my home on time, he was very friendly in a polite and professional manner. Jimmy also conversed with the homeowners over the phone making both myself (tenant) and homeowners happy. He cleaned up after himself after finishing the job, which I might add was also on the weekend leading up to Christmas! I was very pleased!!😊

Right Now Heating and Air was great. I received multiple calls keeping me up to date on their arrival. The tech was awesome too! He was extremely knowledgeable and had answers (and tips) for all of my questions. I would definitely call them again!

Great Job by Tech (Noah Reagan) 10/03/2025 Furnace Tune up. This reason referred to my neighbor (Harry Vaughn) also needed after Check completed New Furnace,A/C Unit that had major Defects replacement. Save his and Senior's Vet wife Health. As there unit had many Cracks in Heater. Than major A/C defects. Harry stated to me very happy also with Right-Now Service. He was surprised to meet the Local owner of Franchise in Boise,Nampa Idaho. Clarence is by far one of the best technicians I’ve ever had come and service anything. He was great, informative, friendly professional from now on I’ll be using right now for all my services. Jessie/Jesus was on time and very personable. I love that he came in and put on booties to protect my floors. I’ve never had a technician or contractor do anything similar to this. He went over the inspection with me afterwards and it was very easy to understand.
