I had an active water leak behind refrigerator. I turned water to house off. I contacted Right Now Plumbing at around 5 pm and Wesley was there within 2 hrs. He calmly and professionally assessed the situation and had it fixed within 10 min. He could have come in and pulled everything apart and replaced everything, but he did not. He was knowledgeable and honest! Great service, Thank you!

I used Right Now for a new AC unit and water heater. PROS: As someone in the home services industry myself, I was blown away by their turnaround time and professionalism. I requested a consultation at 7pm, and by 10am the next day, I was meeting with one of their sales reps at my home. When I signed, they had someone the next morning come to install the unit. The HVAC technician, Clarence was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided an honest appraisal for the best path forward. Also I'm grateful to Right Now Heating and Air for their reminder phone calls every spring and fall as well as their reasonable pricing to help me see what needs to be done for my HVAC system to get through the seasons without any problems. Chris was awesome. He went above and beyond his job. He has previous knowledge and experience that really helped me know how to keep issues from happening and was willing to take the extra time to teach what to do without feeling pressured about it. He let me know about the options that they have available but also didn't make me feel like I had to commit to it at the moment.

Spencer did a great job diagnosing my mini split issues. Ken did a great job with an estimate for a complete new system. Jaydon and David did the install couldn't ask for a better job. They all are very nice and explained things as they went. Very knowledgeable with their individual jobs. Treated our house with respect and cleaned up when finished. Overall a very enjoyable experience!
