This was our first experience with company. They did a FABULOUS job! The staff was friendly and professional when I was making the appointment. I received a confirmation text this afternoon for the time somewhere between 2-5pm. A bit later I received a phone call to let me know the technician would be here at approx 3:40. Brian arrived and was outstanding! He was very professional and kind. He explained what he needed to do and was worked very hard. I appreciate the service provided. The technician Jesse was prompt, knowledgeable and straightforward. He found concerns with my system and documented them with photos to show me. I absolutely don’t like hearing bad news but Jesse did not sugarcoat anything and told me the honest truth. Thanks again for the help and will continue to use Right Now.
The technician that came out today was great! He was friendly, and able to explain things in a way that I understood! I would totally recommend this company as every year they call me to remind me its time for a tune up. All their technicians are trustworthy!!
Jesse was really great! He was able to come out for a second opinion courtesy of his company and really made us feel confident in the issue we were dealing with. He wasn’t pushy and educated us about our current system and what he recommends in the future. Great experience and he was really thorough which we appreciated.
We have been trying to get an AC TECH to our property for a while and had some no shows or really long wait times. This was NOT my experience with “Right Now.” I called, they were about to make appointment for following day. Showed up on time. Diagnosed the issue, had the parts needed ON THE TRUCK. So no wait time. Had it installed and running. RYAN ANDERSON was our tech and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable, skilled, quick, professional, and clear about what needed to be done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
