Under my husbands name, James Crawford, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 6 years ago. It was been a nightmare from the get go. They sent inexperienced trainees to install it who couldn’t figure out what they were doing. They dropped the unit before getting it installed and bent the coil. Jackson and John were outstanding from start to finish. They expertly installed our new AC unit and quickly fixed a tricky issue with our filter—a problem left by a previous company. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also so kind and friendly, making the entire process stress-free. They truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them.
