I used Right Now for a new AC unit and water heater. PROS: As someone in the home services industry myself, I was blown away by their turnaround time and professionalism. Jackson and his partner installed a furnace system in my home today, they were on time put covers on.my floors, answered all my questions, and showed me how to work thermostat, and how to replace filters. They were very polite, and professional. Got things done in a timely manner. Great techs. Very happy at this point.

Under my husbands name, James Crawford, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 6 years ago. It was been a nightmare from the get go. They sent inexperienced trainees to install it who couldn’t figure out what they were doing. They dropped the unit before getting it installed and bent the coil. Jesse came and was just doing routine inspection. He found several issues one of which was an incredibly high fire risk with all the flame rollout. He was very helpful in giving us recommendations and things to help keep us safe. No one thinks about regular maintenance, but Right Now called and encouraged us to get a tune up as it had been a while. I am very glad they called and we got them in quickly.

Jesse did an excellent job fixing our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood what was going on and what was needed. The work was done professionally and efficiently. We really appreciated his transparency and would definitely recommend him.
