Such a great service ! Way to be more proactive than reactive in setting us an affordable winter pre-check for our heating unit. Our technician was fantastic. He showed up right when he said he would and took the time to inspect our unit. It was about an hour did all of the testing and gave us the thumbs up for the season. The technician, Ryan, arrived at my house on Tuesday, November 11, 2015 on time and put on his booties. I escorted him to the furnace room. He looked at the duct work and stated that it needed to be replaced and said it would be expensive after I asked. He then looked at the zone damper actuator and stated that it needed to be replaced. Under my husbands name, James Crawford, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 6 years ago. It was been a nightmare from the get go. They sent inexperienced trainees to install it who couldn’t figure out what they were doing. They dropped the unit before getting it installed and bent the coil. They told my husband it was no big deal and just popped it back straight. In hindsight, we should have demanded they get us a new unit after that. Unfortunately we trusted them. The installers were amazing, so patient and understanding and they took the time to explain how the heat pump works. They also were very respectful of my property. They did a great job. The only thing I don't like about the installation is the thermostat, it is a downgrade from the one I had before as I can't connect it to the internet; for a device that was allegedly around $800, I am extremely disappointed. But, that was not their fault. Would 100% recommend Right Now services.

Great service. So kind and friendly. The work was done in great time and the installation looks amazing. Didn't leave anything behind for clean up. Even made friends with my animals!! I 10/10 recommend their services. You won't regret it! Shane Russell was my service rep. He was the best and if I need further work I really hope it's Shane again!
