They were fine I guess. It's just that charging $800 for a $100 part and an hour work because it's "industry standard".... You will find an honest company somewhere that will do the work for a lot cheaper while still making a fair profit off you. Maybe like $300 profit for an hour instead of this companies $600 profit for an hour. If you can, shop around and find someone else. Johnathan was very knowledgeable, and thorough with his work. He explained everything to me. (took pictures so I could see what he was talking about as I could not go down stairs where the furnace is located.) He is a very polite and considerate person. He has a very nice personality. Solved my problem in a timely manner.
The guys that installed the new furnace and ac were wonderful. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The installation was quick. When Chase came back to finish a minor detail he was very polite. Great job to all involved. Also, thank you Michelle for checking up with me.
From the time i made the initial arrangements to have our water heater replaced with the Michelle to Nic coming out to give us a quote to Caleb and Lucas installing it. They were all very polite and so helpful. Once Caleb and Lucas completed the job, they left everything totally cleaned up. We appreciated everything.
These guys crushed it! I had my furnace replaced and had them add on air conditioning. They got it done in 1 day which is amazing to me, and the quality of the work was excellent. The installer has been doing this for 8+ years so he really knew his stuff. I had questions - they had answers. The office staff were just as helpful and there was always a (local) human on the other end of the phone, and not someone at a call center in the Phillipines. So I would totally recommend these guys without hesitation.
