This was one of the most pleasant service calls I’ve ever experienced. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I seemed like I didn’t really need to ask a whole lot of questions as he covered everything and did it in such a way that I was able to understand how the system worked. Our AC decided to stop working today and Jesse came out the same day, right away. He was super friendly while we worked with our home warranty company to try and get the work approved. It ended up needing to be replaced and he was able to get us up and running until we’re scheduled for the replacement in two days. We are very happy with his help! We’ve used this same company in the past for repairs to the same unit and they’ve always been very helpful and professional.
John from Right Now Heating and Cooling did an excellent job servicing both our heat pump and mini-split system. He arrived right on time, was professional throughout the visit, and very easy to talk to. John clearly knew what he was doing and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!
This was our first experience with company. They did a FABULOUS job! The staff was friendly and professional when I was making the appointment. I received a confirmation text this afternoon for the time somewhere between 2-5pm. A bit later I received a phone call to let me know the technician would be here at approx 3:40. Brian arrived and was outstanding! He was very professional and kind. He explained what he needed to do and was worked very hard. These guys did amazing only reason for four stars is because some things were done poorly that were hidden from View. Upon return to finish the job by a different installer he found the poorly done work and corrected it. After that it works great and then when it came time to use central air they were out here immediately when I was having issues and got it fixed extremely quick and we're very respectful. Overall I've had a very pleasant experience with this company and they have been amazing.
