Under my husbands name, James Crawford, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 6 years ago. It was been a nightmare from the get go. They sent inexperienced trainees to install it who couldn’t figure out what they were doing. They dropped the unit before getting it installed and bent the coil. Great service. So kind and friendly. The work was done in great time and the installation looks amazing. Didn't leave anything behind for clean up. Even made friends with my animals!! I 10/10 recommend their services. You won't regret it! Shane Russell was my service rep. He was the best and if I need further work I really hope it's Shane again!
I’m not sure how this company has such positive reviews? I set up an appointment for them to come out and cap off my gas range and install my under mount sink-both services the phone rep said they could handle. Bad information on the sink. And! the plumber they sent out told me he wasn’t super familiar or felt comfortable capping off a gas range and removing it from the wall so Lowe’s could deliver my new one?!? Spencer was the awesome technician that diagnosed and then repaired/replaced the parts I needed for my gas fireplace. He performed the diagnosis then explained the options and prices to me before starting any work. He was on time, friendly, very thorough, and I would highly recommend him for any future work.
