The HVAC technician, Clarence was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided an honest appraisal for the best path forward. Also I'm grateful to Right Now Heating and Air for their reminder phone calls every spring and fall as well as their reasonable pricing to help me see what needs to be done for my HVAC system to get through the seasons without any problems. Under my husbands name, James Crawford, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 6 years ago. It was been a nightmare from the get go. They sent inexperienced trainees to install it who couldn’t figure out what they were doing. They dropped the unit before getting it installed and bent the coil. They told my husband it was no big deal and just popped it back straight. In hindsight, we should have demanded they get us a new unit after that. Unfortunately we trusted them. The installers were amazing, so patient and understanding and they took the time to explain how the heat pump works. They also were very respectful of my property. They did a great job. The only thing I don't like about the installation is the thermostat, it is a downgrade from the one I had before as I can't connect it to the internet; for a device that was allegedly around $800, I am extremely disappointed. But, that was not their fault. Would 100% recommend Right Now services.
They sent a young man out the same day to service our heater before it snows. He was very good and went over everything to make sure it was working correctly with no problems. I won't have any other company work on our heater.....they also installed it 4 yrs ago and we've had no problems with it.
