Jesse came and was just doing routine inspection. He found several issues one of which was an incredibly high fire risk with all the flame rollout. He was very helpful in giving us recommendations and things to help keep us safe. No one thinks about regular maintenance, but Right Now called and encouraged us to get a tune up as it had been a while. I am very glad they called and we got them in quickly.

Under my husbands name, James Crawford, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 6 years ago. It was been a nightmare from the get go. They sent inexperienced trainees to install it who couldn’t figure out what they were doing. They dropped the unit before getting it installed and bent the coil. Jesse did an excellent job fixing our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood what was going on and what was needed. The work was done professionally and efficiently. We really appreciated his transparency and would definitely recommend him.

The HVAC technician, Clarence was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided an honest appraisal for the best path forward. Also I'm grateful to Right Now Heating and Air for their reminder phone calls every spring and fall as well as their reasonable pricing to help me see what needs to be done for my HVAC system to get through the seasons without any problems. Thank you all so very much!

Great service. So kind and friendly. The work was done in great time and the installation looks amazing. Didn't leave anything behind for clean up. Even made friends with my animals!! I 10/10 recommend their services. You won't regret it! Shane Russell was my service rep. He was the best and if I need further work I really hope it's Shane again!
