The HVAC technician, Clarence was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided an honest appraisal for the best path forward. Also I'm grateful to Right Now Heating and Air for their reminder phone calls every spring and fall as well as their reasonable pricing to help me see what needs to be done for my HVAC system to get through the seasons without any problems. Initial consultation for gas furnace that had failed completely. Appreciated the range of options available and the speed having parts or new furnace if needed. Service technician was very thorough, friendly and I judged to be extremely knowledgeable. I really appreciated that Right Now Heating, air conditioning, and plumbing are available 24\7 365 to repair heating and plumbing problems.

My husband and I had someone come out for a furnace clean up/check up 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. They called and after bugging me about moving our appoint up by 3 days I agreed. Then they called thay morning and wanted to com out 4 hours earlier. I told them stick to the time I set, they reluctantly did barely. Under my husbands name, James Crawford, we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 6 years ago. It was been a nightmare from the get go. They sent inexperienced trainees to install it who couldn’t figure out what they were doing. They dropped the unit before getting it installed and bent the coil. Clarence was very professional and nice and the rest of the staff was fabulous and worked around my schedule. The whole process of getting my furnace tune up was stress free. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
