With Right Now Plumbing, From beginning to end was a good experience. From Joel coming out and getting samples of our water in our home and explaining what is shown to be in our water why the smell of rotton eggs occured when the cold water was turned on. Then a rep Steven came out to explain our options and he never up sold to a more expensive unit, letting us still choose which one we wanted and the same time giving his recommendation. Bryan came out and did a super job tuning up my furnace and checking my water heater. He is knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I appreciate that he explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the many options I had when it came to other needs that he found. The company is licenced, insured and well trained. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Bryan was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable in his Field. Personable, transparent, and honest. Great assessment of everything And gave great advice to all my questions. Fantastic first time client price as well for new customer first time pricing. Reasonable good pricing for future service as well. Bryan was thorough and detailed and caught all kinds of issues from the last homeowner doing improper subpar fixes, as well as found things that simply broke due to end of life.

This is an edit .. I was sent an inexperienced technician and was led to believe he was a licensed electrician.. the customer service did a terrible job even though I was very clear on multiple occasions as to what I needed. The technician pressured me to write a good review for him on the spot. Now I’m changing that. What transpired while the tech was at my home was completely unethical and a con job, but eventually I was connected to his manager who did all he could do to correct the situation. And was honest. The service and friendliness from the office staff and the technician, Garrett, were amazing. I appreciate that the office staff kept me very up to date on the timing of my appointment as I was originally given a 3 hour window. They called a few times to update me. The technician, Garrett, was thorough, knowledgeable, and above all, very personable. I greatly appreciated him letting my young son watch him work and chat with us a bit.
