Absolute terrible service. Couldn’t be more disappointed from their service from the ground up. We purchased a new water heater from Right now heating and air conditioning. When replacing our water heater they installed the brand new water heater incorrectly. We couldn’t fill up a quarter full of our bath tub and had awful water pressure with air pockets in it. I ended up needing new HVAC and of course I called Right Now. I got a great deal, easy monthly payments. Ben and Nick came yesterday right before snow, installed it, brought everything up to code in this old house and today I am warm and cozy! They were nice, professional and efficient. Company already called to follow up and make sure everything is working fine. Very professional and on point business. I was impressed since day 1 of dealing with them.

Dale was extremely thorough while inspecting my entire HVAC system. He took the time to explain Everything and even shared helpful maintenance tips. He was polite, efficient and courteous throughout the visit. I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. Thanks Dale

Had younger guy Dale come over to do just a service tune up. Made sure everything was looking and working properly. Also went under the house to check out the plumbing and found concerns,followed with pictures of them. Very positive attitude and very helpful.

I was promptly & politely greeted by the service Technician. He was highly skilled with a strong Technical command of my equipment. Stellar Communication. No high pressure to up sell Which adds to the credibility of right now integrity highly recommend
