The service and friendliness from the office staff and the technician, Garrett, were amazing. I appreciate that the office staff kept me very up to date on the timing of my appointment as I was originally given a 3 hour window. They called a few times to update me. The technician, Garrett, was thorough, knowledgeable, and above all, very personable. I greatly appreciated him letting my young son watch him work and chat with us a bit. Eyan was my plumber that came out 3 days before Thanksgiving when I had a clogged sink. It was not an easy job. He was in the crawl space, up on the roof and under my sink. He called in extra help to ensure I was taken care of in time to be able to start my Thanksgiving baking. He was pleasant at all times and professional in explaining everything to me. I can’t praise him and this company enough! The price quoted me was exactly what I paid even though it required multiple trips and many hours of labor.

A month ago our AC unit went out during the hottest week of the month. Of course. Brady came out and was phenomenal. He explained what happened and what measures were needed clearly and compassionately. More importantly, he got the AC back and running and that was all the blessing we needed. Today, he was back to check our furnace and did so in the same manner as before. Clear and concise and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you Brady for your excellent service and compassionate nature.

Very happy with Jeffrey’s service today. He came right on time, so friendly and informative. He even showed me how to fix my easy garbage disposal issue. Cannot say enough good things about him. Highly recommend Rightnow Plumbing.
