Had my AC tune up today by Spencer, he was absolutely Bodacious! Totally professional and very knowledgeable with all the information he gave for all my questions, besides doing my tune up. My story starts with my air conditioner, needing to be serviced. Technician came out. His name was Dylan very nice guy but when he installed my air conditioner motor, I noticed wires still hanging down and the motor that he just put in being very loud. And I had to have them come back out an hour after he had left because the air conditioner wouldn’t go off. Very friendly, answered all of my questions well. Worked very quickly and had great communication with me the whole time. Tyler was the one that set up my appointment and he was GREAT to work with!
Ryan did a great job cleaning out our furnace and recommended some improvements to the efficiency of our system. Totally worth it.
