Ryan was absolutely excellent in his diagnostic of our furnace. He explained everything that was wrong and options to fix the problem. Very respectful of our home. Put on shoe covers. He was extremely professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs affordable HVAC. So glad we called Right Now.
Technician was very friendly. He checked everything and gave us a complete update on how our old furnace is doing. He also told us about things we should keep an eye on because our furnace is older, over 20 years old. Very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend this company. If you are looking for someone that can service your furnace or AC without breaking the bank definitely call these guys.
I made an appointment. I asked if they stood behind their work. They told me they stand behind their product,. They never mentioned standing behind their work. I saw on BBB complaints and I talked to someone who had issues with the work. BBB showed their response, they didn't stand behind their work. They're not accredited with bbb. Called to cancel appointment, Tim asked are you sure you want to cancel. I told him thank you for canceling and hung up. Now I'm getting constant text everyday from them to make an appointment.
Ryan did a wonderful job. Very efficient and polite. Answered all our questions and gave us the information we required to make the needed decisions on what we needed to do. Would definitely tell friends about our experience with him. Thank you for being so professional!
