Ken was awesome - very easy to get set up and the facility is well laid out. Five stars all the way around.
Ken - a real human - was great! Once I finally got out of the AI loop and reached Ken things went great. The local number they list on their letterhead, sends you right to their national phone number. After several attempts through their spotty AI, I finally got connected to Ken and got everything done. Yay for Ken! Boo for AI!

Easy to use. Very Clean and affordable. I haven't met the office manager yet but hear he is great!
