Rodents infested our unit. Upon moving our furniture in, we did not notice that the walls do not meet the ceilings. There was a large gap through which rodents could travel from unit to unit. (We did not have any food in our unit.) We also had no idea that the offered price of $185 per month in the contract we signed was not going to be honored, and our monthly price quickly went up to $215/per month for "capital investments," at the facility, we were told. I've had a unit here for over 7 years. Currently paying 2.5 times the price that they're offering new customers for the same unit. Be careful - the rent will drift from the market rate and they are completely unwilling to budge.
