Best storage facility in Austin with phenomenal management. I’ve been with this storage facility for close to two years now and not once have I had an issue with any units or management. Can’t recommend this place enough and if you ever need ANYTHING Marcus is the man you want to go to! He is extremely polite and down to earth which is a nice change from the usual storage facility managers.
The team at Right Space Del Valle has been super helpful - great customer service. We are parking a delivery van there and needed to set up multiple drivers with after hours access. Marcus and Perla were always available to answer questions and get us what we needed. Thanks!
Rodents infested our unit. Upon moving our furniture in, we did not notice that the walls do not meet the ceilings. There was a large gap through which rodents could travel from unit to unit. (We did not have any food in our unit.) We also had no idea that the offered price of $185 per month in the contract we signed was not going to be honored, and our monthly price quickly went up to $215/per month for "capital investments," at the facility, we were told.
